Whether you need a full vacant stage, expert guidance on preparing your home for market, or design help to create a space you love, our services are tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
Our most popular service, vacant staging transforms an empty house into a warm, inviting home that helps buyers emotionally connect the moment they walk through the door. Every stage is thoughtfully designed to complement the architecture of the home, highlight its best features, and appeal to the most likely buyer.
Perfect for occupied homes or homeowners who want expert guidance before listing. During this in-home consultation, we walk through the property together and provide detailed recommendations for furniture placement, decluttering, styling, paint, lighting, and updates that will make the biggest impact.
Whether you are furnishing a new home, refreshing a single room, or planning a larger renovation, our design services help you create spaces that feel beautiful, functional, and uniquely yours. From mood boards and sourcing to layout recommendations and finish selections, we provide a thoughtful plan that brings your vision to life.
In today’s market, buyers begin forming opinions within seconds of seeing your listing online. If they cannot picture themselves living in the space, they are more likely to scroll past it or submit a lower offer.
Professional staging helps buyers emotionally connect with a home by showcasing its scale, functionality, and lifestyle potential. According to the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), professionally staged homes sell 73% faster on average than non-staged homes. RESA’s 2025 industry insights also reported an average 3,551% return on investment, with staged homes selling at an average of 109% of list price and spending just 19 days on market.
Whether you are selling a cozy condo or a luxury estate, staging helps your home stand out in listing photos, attract more qualified buyers, and create the kind of emotional response that leads to stronger offers. Because buyers are not just purchasing a house. They are investing in the lifestyle they imagine living there.
Absolutely. Professional staging helps buyers emotionally connect with a home and understand how each space lives. According to the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), staged homes sell 73% faster on average than non-staged homes. In many cases, the investment in staging is significantly outweighed by stronger offers and fewer days on market.
In most cases, the homeowner pays for staging as part of the overall investment in preparing the home for sale. That said, every situation is different. Some Realtors cover the cost as part of their listing services, while others split the investment with their clients. The most important thing to remember is that staging is a strategic marketing expense designed to help the home sell faster and for more money.
Staging costs vary depending on the size of the home, the number of rooms being staged, the scale of the furniture needed, and the level of luxury required. A small condo will require a very different investment than a large luxury estate. At Storlie Design & Staging, proposals are customized to each property so you only pay for what is needed to showcase your home at its best.
We offer several convenient ways to pay for staging, including credit card, check, and ACH bank transfer. We also partner with Titus Pay at Close, which allows eligible homeowners to defer payment until the home closes escrow. This can be a great option for sellers who want to maximize their home’s presentation without paying upfront. We are paid immediately, and Titus is reimbursed at closing, making the process simple and seamless.
Our vacant staging service includes a prelisting walk through with suggested updates (paint, lighting, etc), design plan, furniture and accessories, delivery, installation, and removal after the agreed staging period. Every stage is thoughtfully designed to complement the style of the home and appeal to the target buyer.
As soon as possible. The best results happen when staging is part of the listing strategy from the beginning. Bringing us in early allows us to provide recommendations on paint, lighting, flooring, and minor updates before the home hits the market, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly. The earlier you get on the schedule, the better.

She knows how to present staging ideas without offending the sellers. I can just hand the keys to Amy and within a few hours the home looks like a model. Every home she has staged for my clients has sold for top dollar! Thank you Amy for always going the extra mile when it comes to staging and customer service."

"Amy at Storlie Design and Staging did an amazing job turning our dining room into a comfortable lounge that we actually use now. The space went from unused to one of our favorite rooms in the house. She was easy to work with, opened my eyes to new ideas, and worked within our budget. She really listened to how we wanted the space to feel and nailed it. We absolutely love it and highly recommend working with her!"

"Amy and her team truly are the best in the business. She is completely thorough and collaborative. Her designs are impeccable and I always receive compliments from those who walk through the homes she stages. She truly creates a story of a warm and inviting home that people want to create a future in.
In addition to the incredible designs, Amy is simply a joy to work with. She's fun to be around, honest in her reviews, and helpful in making design choices (paint, lighting, etc.) even before she stages. Her high level of organization also allowed me to reschedule when a listing was behind schedule by a week. I highly recommend Amy for anyone looking for a designer or need to stage a house."

"Amy did interior design for me. After a short visit to get to know me and the space, she came up with the most creative and beautiful ideas. One example is a music / game area. It was beyond my imagination. Amy did the design and furniture selection down to the smallest detail. Amy was super easy to work with and the rooms came together quickly. I truly enjoy my surroundings every day. I highly recommend Amy!"
